工作范围 The scope of work：

Responsible for vehicle components and powertrain noise and vibration testing.

负责整车结构和动总噪声、振动测试。

主要工作职责 Major responsibilities：

• Vehicle components and powertrain NVH validation test: interior noise and vibration and exterior noise.

• 整车结构和动总NVH验证测试：车内噪声振动和车外噪声。

• Subsystems NVH source characterization and mounting NVH tuning: component NVH bench test, modal test and mount vibration isolation test.

• 子系统NVH问题特征识别和悬置NVH调试：结构NVH台架测试，模态测试和悬置隔振测试。

• Troubleshooting test for vehicle components and powertrain NVH issues.

• 整车结构和动总NVH问题原因识别测试。

• Manage related test plan, perform measurements and report out result independently.

• 试验计划管理，执行测试并独立输出测试报告。

次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities：

• Contribute on test procedure updates and deliver inputs related to vehicle components and powertrain NVH for new development programs.

  协助测试规范更新和为新的整车结构和动总NVH开发项目提供相关输入。

任职要求 Qualifications

1. 基本要求Basic Qualification

• 教育程度 Education: Bachelor or above.本科以上

• 工作经验 Work Experience:

  3+ year experience in OEM NVH test (or Tier 1). 三年以上整车公司从事NVH从事的经历

• 语言能力：英文（书面及口语）Language skill: English (Written & Oral):  

  Fluent English in Written, Oral is preferred. 熟练的英语书写，口语优选。

• 计算机能力 Computer Skills:

• Basic use of MS Office for technical presentation and test report documents.

• 基于技术展示和测试报告编写的基本办公软件操作能力

• Good NVH measurement and data analysis skills using Siemens Test Lab and/or HEAD Acoustics ArtemiS (Signature analysis, Order analysis, Modal analysis, ODS analysis, Sound Quality analysis, etc.) is mandatory.

  良好的NVH测试和数据处理能力（LMS/Test Lab，Head Acoustic ArtemiS等测试软件）（信号分析，阶次分析，模态分析，ODS分析，声品质分析等）是必备的。

其他要求 Other Requirement

• 出差频率Travel frequency

• 驾驶能力 Driving skill：C1 drive license (+3 year driving experience and Proving Ground license is preferred) C1驾照，有3年以上加上经验和试车场驾照者优选。
