Update, record, follow up and report accurate and timely information on in-house system

Organize and input information into CRM

Process student applications 

Effectively participate in initiatives to drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities;

Liaise and build positive relationships with members of staff including the management team, teaching staff and finance staff, and external stakeholder. 

Follow best practice Admissions procedure and engage on-going development

Build and develop strong and positive relations with academic and central marketing staff;  

Provide focused and high quality of customer care at all times.

要求：

Fluent in written English

Admission experience in international education sector is desirable.

Familiar with all major software applications and some sales pipeline or CRM software (Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc).

Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable

Excellent organisational skills

Good team player within a multifunctional team
