DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Check daily sales recorded in POS against all modes of payments and verify sales receipts

2. Investigate discrepancies and work closely with operations to resolve issues

3. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

4. Involve in cash counts

5. Raise tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes and intercompany billings

6. Prepare monthly SOA and aging reports

7. Monitor and follow-up closely with debtors on overdue payments

8. Bank reconciliation related to AR transaction

9. Intercompany reconciliation & transaction

10. Maintain membership files and prepare reports

11. Month-end AR closing & reconciliation

12. Monthly indirect tax reporting (GST/VAT/Business Tax input, etc)

13. Participate in monthly stock counts

14. Involve in annual financial audit and revenue audit

15. Monitor and provide guidance to other departments on collection matters

16. In charge part to AP&GL function

17. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Min. Diploma degree in Accountancy with 3 years working experience in AR&AP function

2. Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

3. Detail-oriented(attedntion to details), dynamic, results driven and takes initiatives

4. Team player with good organizaional and interpersonal skills, meticulous and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast pace environment 

5. Knowledge of accounting / ERP system (SAP B1) and familiar wiht POS systems (Micors/Citrus) will be an advantage.
