Position: Product Owner-MEP
Location: Shanghai

The Revit seeks a product owner for our Building & Infrastructure Design (BID) Group in the China R&D Center (ACRD) based in Shanghai, China. As a product owner, you will be a member of a product team design and deliver Revit features, APIs, especially MEP related features. You will be a member of a scrum team works with product managers, architects, scrum masters, developers, quality assurance engineers and user experience designers, to collaboratively deliver various team requirements and goals to advance the product for subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, scrum masters, user experience designers and engineers to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with user stories, defects, technical tasks, etc. from which scrum team can plan and execute
• Clarify and provide information to scrum team about customer requirements as well as business priority and value
• Participates in the scrum daily meetings, sprint grooming, planning, demo, review and retrospectives meetings
• Facilitates chartering meetings with product managers, architects, user experience designers and engineering teams
• Inspect project progress at each sprint, manages scope and escalates requirements that are not in line with the approved project or sprint scope
• Identify project inter-dependencies, and communicate project estimation, progress update to scrum team stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or BE, or higher degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent domain
• Over 6 years of professional experience, including two years as PO or comparable experience supporting various sized projects
• Proven business requirements analysis skills
• Strong facilitation and collaboration techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with in-depth understanding to software development process, communication and documentation
• Able to break down complex ideas into simplified actionable items

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-starter who can come up to speed quickly on our applications, processes and technologies
• Experience in fast-pace product delivery and scrum practices is a plus
• Experience in BIM software development is a plus
• Extensive understanding of Agile development process and best practices is a plus
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus
