Job Description :
Material and Supplier strategy
Support the development of a material and suppliers strategy:
1.Conduct market analysis
2.Support the strategy definition with crossfunctional partners
3.Support the documentation and implementation of the supplier strategy
Material and Supplier strategy
1.Initiate the New Supplier Introduction Process
2.Define the annual supplier list for own material groups which are reflected in the Category strategic paper based on Vitesco Technologies requirements
Achieve best market conditions
Actively influence the sourcing process during development phase through :
1.Supplier selection
2.Negotiation of prices and commercial conditions
3.Preparing Sourcing decision sheet
Negotiation
1.Perform annual negotiations to constantly improve the cost situation of Vitesco Technologies in case of escalation
2.Negotiate changes with suppliers
3.Apply negotiation concepts (like Advanced negotiation concept) to actively support & execute bundling within the respective Category
Contract Management
Ensure fulfillment of all necessary requirements by negotiating and concluding legally binding contracts with the respective suppliers
Data maintenance
1.Ensure in time implementation of correct data in the respective IT systems
2.Responsibility for monthly controlling and correction of local data and target achievement
Continuous Cost
1.Support re-design in cost reduction programs
2.Drive improvement programs with suppliers
Job Requirements :
1.Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in economics/Technicals
2.＞5 years of relevant experience, 3 years category experience
3.Capability to negotiate and operate with different cultures
4.Experience in working with international teams on purchasing issues
5.Understanding for different foreign cultures (NAFTA, Asia, several European cultures)
