Job Responsibilities
1. Achieve Business Target and other KPIs.
2. Achieve business goals of each brand & product series in TMALL Flagship store (FGS)
3. Manage the TMALL search(CPC) and CPM as well as other traffic driver.
4. Make the daily offtake tracking, analysis and optimization
5. Manage and optimize the store service operation
6. Make promotion plan in TMALL
7. Sales operation collaboration
8. Coordinate with cross functional teams to support business (Supply Chain, customer service, marketing, IT-)
9. Maintain good and regular commercial relationship with Tmall Team
10. Distributor management (customer service, order tracking, supply, and inventory)
11. Responsible for GTN reimbursement.
12. Business Analysis & Reporting:
13. Analysis of sales, site performance, and product portfolio performance
14. On-going analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, user database growth and behavior, marketing programs.

Qualifications
1. Degree: Bachelor
2. Major: business, marketing, pharmaceutical, or animal health
3. Required skills: office software, especially PPT; strong business sense of product portfolio play, merchandising, profitability and revenue; skillful sales skill and business negotiation; be proactive and driving; good execution and result driven; good presentation skill, including PPT writing and in-person presentation
4. Language skills & proficiency: fluent written and oral English
5. Required experience: at least 4 years working experience in online flagship store in TMALL. Total working experience will be more than 6 years
