Your Impact

will work actively to:

• Maintain databases of logistics information, including ASP logistics team’s data in share folder files, supplier inventory and operation data, etc.
• Prefer to have SAP experience. Need to do manual work to support the SAP implementation for the APAC region, including India.
• Interpret data on logistics elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, or transportation.
• Provide ongoing analyses in areas such as transportation costs, delivery processes and details, etc.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.
• Remotely monitor the flow of inventory, using Web-based logistics information systems to track shipments.
• Enter logistics related data into databases.
• Apply analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, or control logistics operations or processes.
• Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities to assess receiving, storage, shipping, or inventory integrity.
• Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost or benefit analysis.
• Maintain logistics records in accordance with corporate policies.
• Support regional logistics manager to communicate with or monitor service providers, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, global consolidators, customs brokers, or trucking companies.
• Help regional logistics manager to proactively track and manage country go-live status, follow up on financial related open issues;

Our Needs

To be successful in this role, we expect the candidate to bring the following skills and experience:

• High School Diploma is required, AS or BS degree highly preferred.
• Has some knowledge on logistics or Transportation Management Systems.
• IT background is preferred
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have strong results orientation and a sense of urgency, able to deal with uncertainties;
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Be fluent in both Chinese and English (oral and writing);
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, SAP experience preferred;
• Acute attention to detail.
• Self-Starter.
