Job Title: Senior Application Consultant（高级应用顾问）

    

Department：Service Team （服务团队）

    

Report to: Service Director（客户服务总监）

    

    

Job Description(工作职责):

    

1.    Provide standard IFS software training and mentor basic data setup

    

提供标准的IFS软件培训，并指导基础数据的设立

    

2.    Mentor business process analysis and provide relative research

    

指导业务流程分析，并提供相关的调研报告

    

3.    Analyzing customer requirement and supply qualified solutions based on IFS product.

    

       分析客户需求并基于IFS产品提供符合用户要求的系统解决方案。

    

4.    Provide quick response as presales, including customer demand difference analysis

    

提供快速的售前支持，如客户需求差异分析

    

5.    Excellent at least 2 major IFS modules and master other modules

    

至少精通IFS 2个专业模块并熟练掌握其他模块

    

6.    Provide prototype demo from time to time

    

不时提供原型演示

    

7.    Willing to learn new techs and production

    

乐意学习新的技能和产品

    

8.    Conduct effective communication with ultimate user

    

能和最终客户进行有效的沟通

    

9.    Support and manage other consultants during projects, take responsibility as a project manager to manage project efficiently.

    

在完成项目的过程中能管理和支持其他顾问，能够担任项目经理并有效管理项目。

    

10.  Ensure the successful project implementation, and build successful customer relationships

    

保证项目的成功实施,并维护成功的客户关系

    

11.  Provide effective project files and reports

    

提供有效的项目管理文档和报告

    

12.  Any other tasks assigned by line manager

    

完成上级指派的其他任务

    

    

    

Qualification（任职资格）：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer technology, finance, management related
• 本科以上学历，具有计算机技术、财务、管理相关专业
• More than 7 years IFS or other ERP(SAP, Oracle, Infor etc.) experience
• 有IFS或其他ERP(SAP, Oracle, Infor 等)产品相关工作经验7年以上
• Good documentation writing skills
• 良好文档编写能力
• Good communication skill with both Chinese and English
• 的中英文沟通能力
• Good skill in business analysis;
• 良好的业务分析能力；
• With good team work spirit and work with self-learning, self-active
• 良好的团队合作能力，在工作中能自主学习，积极主动
• Good business knowledge- familiar with common business processes (Manufacturing, Project Management, EAM) is a plus
• 优秀的业务知识，熟悉制造、项目管理、企业资产管理等模块知识优先
• Be able to travel frequently
