- Supplier quality management and improvement.供应商质量管理和提高
- First sample and series delivery inspection strategy首样件和批量进料检测策略制定
- Parts quality issues found during incoming, assembly line and customer complaints handling 进料,装配和客户投诉的零件质量问题处理
- Continuously improve the parts quality & Reduce cost of poor quality 持续改善物料质量,降低质量成本
- Lead, motivate and develop the parts’ quality control team and SQE team 领导,激励和发展进料检验团队和供应商质量管理团队

- Quality planning for incoming parts and self-made parts 外协零件和自制零件的质量策划
- Incoming material inspection and control for outsourcing parts外购进料的检验质量检验和控制
- Analyze, report & solution for the self-made defect parts 分析、报告、解决制造部门现场质量问题
- Prepare special checking tools, equipment’s and test methods.专用检测工装,设备及方法的准备
- Inspection tools & devices management 量具和检具的管理
- Evaluate new suppliers and trace audit existing suppliers. 新供应商的评估和现有供应商的跟踪评审。
- Statistically analyze suppliers’ quality level. 统计分析供应商供货质量水平
- Monitor and help suppliers to implement the quality management system and necessary quality control procedure for some critical parts at site. 监督并执行供应商现场质量管理系统和针对关键零件质量控制程序
- Tracing the quality status of purchasing sample parts which need filed test. 需装机测试的采购样件的质量跟踪
- Guarantee the quality of export parts; keep communication with parent company about quality issues. 出口零件的质量保证,与集团公司的质量沟通
- Handling NCRs of purchasing parts, pushing supplier to find root causes and initiate corrective actions. 供应商不合格品报告的处理,督促供应商查找根本原因及提出改善方案
- Work with SPE and OPE during purchasing operation regarding quality issues. 配合战略采购和日常采购在采购过程中出现的质量方面的需求
- Train and develop the employees. 对下属员工进行相关的培训和发展
