Basic Role:

    

• Take proactive part in handling day-to day sales operation
• Expansion of existing customers base and actively seeking new customers.
• Preparation of quotations and following up such offers.
• Initiate and assist as required with product qualification and certification.
• Offer some technical support and value added service to the customers.
• Strictly follow the Winchester process sales section to handle all the jobs which Account manager should do
• Maintain and improve relations with the assigned accounts, consolidate and increase the sales volume and items with the assigned customers.
• Expend the new suitable customers aggressively with skill, initiative and ambition.
• Take care of customers: accept the enquiries; issue quotation; negotiate and get orders; follow up the process of shipment for FA; offer product technical and commercial support service to customers with Eng support; handle the complaints of customer together with QA team. Offer after sales service to customers. Feed back the customer and market information to company regarding colleagues. Try to win the trust and satisfaction of customers.
• Try all your best and use your intelligent, initiative, hard work and maybe your private time by many legal and suitable means to reach your sales Budget.
• Try to complete job assigned by Sales Director

Education/Training/Experience:

    

1. Major in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/commercial.
2. At least two years working experience in the field of cable/connector industry would be preferred.
3. Fluent in English Both speaking and writing would be preferred and Mandarin.
4. Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and a team player.
5. Willing to travel frequently.
6. Proactive, coordinating, Energetic, Flexible
7. Good knowledge of Medical and testing industry, semi-conductor, life science would be preferred
