岗位职责：

1. 关注时政，能够进行深入全面的市场调研；

2. 协助项目开发部门进行客户关系维护以及项目后续工作的跟进；

3. 与企业内部各部门保持良好沟通；

4. 作为项目开发专员的储备人员，向项目开发主管学习项目开发的技能；

5. 上级指派的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历；

2. 优秀的中英文表达能力、沟通能力及人际交往的能力；

3. 较强的学习能力与抗压能力，缜密的分析能力与逻辑推断能力；

4. 良好的服从性及团队精神；

5. 敏锐的市场洞察力；

6. 需在销售部门轮岗1-2个月。

Key responsibilities：

1. In-depth business research and market analysis;

2. Partnership maintaining and follow up work on the project;

3. Working closely with the marketing, sales and operation department;

4. For reserve of PD talents, to learn the project development skills from PD supervisor;

5. Other tasks by superior leaders.

Requirements:

1. University Degree;

2. Good command of English and Chinese;

3. Quick Learner, Outstanding Ability of Analysis and Summarization;

4. Team-worker;

5. Business Acumen;

6. Job-rotation for 1-2 months in Sales Department is required.
