1、根据项目情况，按照PD提供的资料计算材积，对多种运输方式费用进行询价；

2，根据大货排期，同货运公司合作安排最优化的运输方案；

3，安排货柜排柜、货柜预订、拖车安排及报关单据整理等船务业务工作，具备独立处理各类相关文件的能力；

4、负责公司货物出口报关单证资料制作；

5，收集进口国税费信息，反馈给项目开发部门；

6、负责对公司进出口货物通关状况进行跟踪，能有效解决通关疑难问题及突发状况；

7、按照公司流程完成出口退税资料及流程；

8，协调项目开发部门、生产部门、海外收货部门，确保货物按期抵达；

9、完成上级交办的其他工作。

 

任职资格：

1、3-5年船务及物流报关实际操作经验；
2、熟悉各种物流方式、有国际贸易出口经验；
3、良好的英语读写能力和快速学习能力，熟练使用office办公软件；
4、工作细心、责任感强、有较强的抗压力和问题解决能力，有团队精神；

5、有货代公司或者物流公司工作经验者优先。
