职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Take the leading role for AP build deliverables and AP team/project
2.Manage all Segment’s builds and project teams.
3.Candidate shall take over mechanical and electromechanical parts. This goes along with review of designs, involvement of all internal sourcing-relevant disciplines, and initiating and closing of sourcing processes.
4.Covering material cost, kick-off and track supplier component reviews, component timing and technical feasibility through supplier.
5.Purchasing Representative in project team from acquisition phase until SOP and interface to Category Management.
6.Further project-specific Tasks: Review of project milestones, participation in Core Team Meetings, and aligning of all project-relevant sourcing activities with AP colleagues.
7.Ensure early involvement of sourcing relevant disciplines and suppliers.
8.BOM cost calculation: Generation and evaluation of BOM cost during project quotation phase.
9.Control BOM cost: Track and Improve BOM cost from project quoting phase until SOP. Define measures to close the gaps to target BOM cost.
10.Develop and maintain a strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts.
11.Actively participate in supplier performance reviews and onsite visits
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Good spoken and written English
3.Engineering (e.g. mechanics and/or electromechanics) background is preferred
4.Familiar with SAP/Lotus Notes/Microsoft office application
5.Capable to negotiate prices with worldwide supply base as well as to communicate with international teams
6.At least 5 years purchasing experience – In the automotive industry in similar role
7.Eager to learn
8.Good communication skill
9.Team player who is can provide solid service and supports for other disciplines.
