职位描述
In charge of manufacture product Quality Assurance and Quality Control, coordinate with Industry Engineer to resolve Focus Factory quality issues, and with Product Engineer and Process Engineer to resolve factory quality issues to continue improve factory quality. Maintain product quality documentation and keep it updated timely to meet ISO/TS16949 requirements
1. Process Control
-Ensure and support execution and monitor effectiveness of process control
-Ensure every SPC control chart is completely implemented in production line.
-Maintain product Quality data and coordinate with FA/Industry Engineer to analyze and resolve quality issues timely
2. Change Management
-Planning of quality activities (PPAP, Control-Plan)
-Customer communication (according to CAP0311016 - Change Management)
-QT Management for change management
3. PPAP (Submit PPAP and get Customer Approval)
-Contribute to and submit PPAP package to the customer; (this includes internal approval (signing of all stakeholders of the project) or escalation);
-Ensure that parts are only delivered with customer approval (according to CAP0300039 - Customer Sample
-Management and PPAP
-Maintain PPAP Sample and document.
4. Product Requalification Process
-Lead product requalification process (according to Control Plan)
-Warranty Management (beyond Complaint Handling: Field Observation and Cost Management) Support with technical analysis;
-Analyze customer warranty trend data;
-Monitor warranty costs;
-Corrective Actions for production issues
5. Customer Performance Rating / Score Card
-Review the data in the customer portal and take action accordingly
-Customer specific general Quality Requirements
-Evaluate and implement customer specific quality requirements
-Quality Alert and escalation (Customer)
-Raise Quality Alert and Escalation (Customer)
6. Complaint Management + Corrective Actions
Leading Complaint Management activity according to CAP0800029-Customer Complaint Management
7. Others
-Cooperate with system Engineer to establish and maintain quality system
-Coordinate with training department to do product required qualification training, including quality sense training to IPQC and line operators
-Complete other jobs assigned by the superior
-Cooperate with quality management system to establish and maintain quality system
-Complete other jobs assigned by the supervisor
1. Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in engineering or equivalent
2. Professional experience (at least 5 years) in quality and manufacturing field
3. Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment
4. Cross functional experience, preferred
5. Experience with Supplier development and Customer contacts, continuous improvement, quality assurance, Six Sigma, industrial engineering, production, preferred
6. Experience in working with international teams on Quality issues
7. Understanding for different foreign cultures (NAFTA, Asia, several European cultures)
