1. Understand market trend and customer/consumer needs, support to develop parasiticide portfolio strategy, develop/refresh brand proposition and ensure winning bundle against competition.
2. Implement the strategies through holistic brand activation both to customer and to consumer; Manage product packaging and claims with cross function/country teams, and lead pricing initiatives to achieve brand and profit goals.
3. Manage overall business with regular business analysis, lead annual brand planning, and manage demand forecast.


Qualifications
1. Degree: Bachelor and above
2. Major: no limitation
3. Required skills: Strategic thinking capability in positioning and brand building, strong communication & presentation skills in both Chinese and English, strong project management skills with proven record, proactive and drive for excellence, able to work efficiently in complex corporate environment
4. Language skills: Good English skills
5. Required experience: at least 5 years experience in FMCG or OTC marketing role, more than 2 years manager experience in brand management and business management
