Specific responsibilities include:

? Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the .COM project (PC Web) and WMS project (Wechat Miniprogram Service).

? Owning the .COM&WMS QA process, providing recommendations to improve existing QA practices, and driving new processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

? Owning quality assurance across touch points, various data systems, and customer experience.

? Being comfortable with writing code (Java, Python etc.), diving into the code others have written, and digging into unfamiliar tools to test, investigate, and troubleshoot.

? Creating a standard auditing process to ensure all ongoing and live assets are up to current branding and messaging standards.

Requirements:

? Relevant experience with a keen interest in PC Web&WMS QA

? Automation Testing framework knowledge and experience, especially API and Web UI

? Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent discipline

? Proactive and curious mindset – ability to work with minimal guidance, set and adjust priorities

? Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

? Strong understanding and passion for QA processes and concepts including test plan creation and testing methodologies

? Experience with web application testing, cross-browser testing, testing responsive designs, Wechat Miniprogram, HTML 5 testing

? Agility to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction
