岗位职责：

1. 负责图书馆书籍管理、设备管理和书籍定期增订等工作；

2. 负责图书馆学员教学流程把控和品质管理；

3. 与图书馆外籍coach进行流程沟通并提供协助；

4. 组织图书馆每周例会，负责相关文件的管理；

5. 负责图书馆课程微信制作，协助校区活动的策划与实施；

6. 协助校区运营工作，完成领导安排的其它任务。

任职要求

1. 大学本科及以上英语或教育专业者优先；

2. 一年以上相关工作经验，有学习顾问相关从业经验者优先；

3. 英语四级或专六级水平，热爱儿童教育行业；

4. 责任心强，积极主动，有团队协作精神；

5. 乐观开朗，沟通能力强，有亲和力，较强的服务意识，有一定的抗压能力。

福利待遇

1. 职位月薪：6000－7000元，另有续费提成（不是销售岗位）；

2. 工作地点：上海 ；

3. 工作时间：8小时工作制，周中双休，周五到周日上班；

4. 公司提供国定节假日，带薪病假3天/年；

5. 公司为每位员工缴纳五险一金，并定期组织体检；

6. 表现优秀者，可得到丰厚的年终奖金，并可提升职位等级或获得晋升；
