We are looking to recruit a graphic designer to join in our start up structure in Shanghai, this role reports the creative director, also the founder of the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely on the development of the on-going and campaign based content production as well as social media daily maintenance.
• Participate regularly in brainstorm session to support the account team on project proposals
• Be part of brainstorming sessions to develop innovative engagement mechanics and creative expressions base on brief requirements.
• Respond to Supervisors’ requests and inquiries according to the clients needs in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Experience working for fashion/ beauty clients on social content, digital campaigns or e-commerce projects
• Proficiency in all kinds of design software, AI, AE, In-design
• Excellence sense of aesthetics especially in fields of fashion, luxury and high-end lifestyle.
• Positive attitude to pursue excellent art quality and strive for award winning creative work.
• Experience with development of branded social content such as social media posts, videos and/or interactive websites, apps, H5 mini program
• Collaborative, resourceful, positive can-do attitude to strive in a fast pace boutique agency environment.
