Responsibilities:

  

? Support the Executive Producer in leading production and post production projects with an emphasis on the execution

  

?Manage schedules, budgets and processes of multiple projects, ensuring quality and final output aligns with overall client requirements

  

? Process budgets, invoices, requests, and contracts, tracking and communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders including client and artists

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

?A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field required.

  

?4-5 years of experience with project management, preferably in an in-house, agency, design studio, or production/post production company.

  

? Expertise in production or post production processes.

  

Experience with project management software and web content management systems.

  

? A thorough understanding of client relations, and the functions and challenges of working with an in-house creative team.

  

?Ability to work in a multi-cultural team

  

?Fluency in English and Mandarin
