KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct in-line and final random inspections per weekly Inspection Allocation plan, according to Quality Manual and Inspection Protocol.

2. Record inspection result on QC report daily, issue Inspection Receipt and Inspection Report timely.

3.  Participate in pre-production meeting.

4. Conduct on-site testing to ensure compliance of quality requirements and product specification.

5.  Work closely with factories and provide relevant technical support.

6. Communicate proactively, effectively with Merchandiser Team.

7.  Report QIT Manager for quality issues on time.

8.  Conduct factory Social Compliance + CTPAT audit and follow up on corrective action plan, if required.

9. Regular follow-up factory performance review.

10. Other tasks assigned by QIT Manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Familiar with AQL standards and quality & safety requirement for both soft goods and hard goods.

2. Familiar with 4-points fabric inspection system.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to write Inspection reports in English and read English documents.

5. Ability to solve problems, and excellent analytical skills.

6. Hardworking, willing to work under pressure and travel.

7. Good PC skills in MS Excel, Word and PPT.

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Engineering/Technical/Quality education background.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in outdoor goods.

3. Experience in handling in-line & final inspection.

4. Co-operation with vendor or staff.

5. Good communication & negotiation skills.

6. High level of attention to details and accuracy.

7. Frequent traveling within China region and overseas countries if required.

8. Self-organized, disciplined & loyal.

9. Good integrity performance in history.
