岗位职责

1、负责市场推广活动，包括办讲座、搞活动等；

2、负责招募、培训、管理***市场人员，在商圈等场所进行单页派发、填写市场活动leads、做拉访等

3、市场调研，资料收集，竞争对手调研，行业及市场状况调研；

4、协助部门负责人策划宣传推广活动，如路演、讲座等，并能独立执行并保证活动的顺利进行。

岗位要求：

1、中专及以上学历毕业，热爱市场工作，吃苦耐劳。

2、良好的表达能力以及沟通能力，公关能力强；

3、良好的团队协作精神，工作细致认真，能够承担工作压力；

4、有较强的时间管理能力；

5、有一定组织策划、现场控制能力，具备良好主动沟通意识和沟通协调能力

6、有教育市场工作经验者优先，欢迎优秀应届毕业生前来面试

7、有过社团、活动策划等经验，能适应周末加班优先
