Corporate Development team (Corp Dev) is responsible for making the decisions to grow and restructure businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve organizational excellence. The purpose of Corp Dev is to create value for Micron through actions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture investments (direct and indirect through LP investments), divestitures, and business transactions that leverage Micron’s platform.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
You will performing strategic and quantitative analysis
You will be participating in due diligence
You will be supporting the development of insights and recommendations for senior executives
You will be developing market landscapes and overview of startups and funds and incumbent players
You will be sourcing new opportunities aligned with the teams strategic objectives
To be successful in this role:
You have strong strategic and quantitative analysis skills
You have project management and negotiating experience
You have strong inter-person skills and are a team player
You are comfortable working in dynamic environment
You have a deep knowledge of Microsoft office, including financial modeling and presentation skills
