Job Responsibilities:
Onsite & online support for Shenzhen/Beijing /Qingdao/Chengdu offices and Shekou Datacenter.
To solve problems and issues of internal usner’s PC, Windows or other application software, operation system etc..
According to group request or business needs, to maitain IT equipments regularly.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degaree or above with major in IT.
Experience with IT Helpdesk.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Be familiar with the WINDOWS systme operations.
