• To maintain company's Quality Management System (QMS) by organizing related departments to take activities that are compliance to QMS requirements.

• Company KPI performance tracking, to prevent any potential risks on established goals.

• Under the guide of customer satisfactory, control internal & external quality performance.

• Continuous improvement.

• Quality team building by professional trainings and knowledge sharing. To set up a self-motivated oriented team.

• Documentations are under control for legal implementation, and records too.

• Key member in developing new products, through PPAP, Control plans, PFMEA, Process Flow. Control the projects status by controlling Project Gates Review.

• Regularly review on existing documentations and try to make actions to fit the actual situation obeying QMS principles.

• Provide quality & QMS related trainings to quality team members to lead the team going forward.

• To maintain SAP transactions related to Quality, customers quality performance.

岗位要求

• College degree or above/
• Min.10 years working experience at Auto Industrial. Over 3 years Quality department management experience .
• Good human relations ability, be professional in handing interpersonal relationship under High pressure with customer and Cross function team .
• Good knowledge of Quality management tools and methods/ Especially for the Problem solving < 8D / Fish bone diagram/ 5 Why logical >  / Customer QRQC .
• Familiar with the TS16949 and APQP /PPAP /MSA / FEMA / SPC .
• Good English skills in written and verbal.
• Good computer skills in office software
