供应链采购经理

Supply Chain Manger 

    

职位要求：

1.      Purchase all assigned textile products.

2.      Find suitable new suppliers to meeting with accreditation requirements.

3.      Issue purchase orders, follow up on purchase orders, expediting as necessary.

4.      Development of new sources to achieve and improve cost, schedule and quality requirements.

5.      Resolve errors/discrepancies/problems associated with purchase orders for assigned commodities and support department members involved in these issues.

6.      Direct and train junior buyers in daily activities of the purchasing department.

7.      Coordinate all change notices which affect the purchasing department.

8.      Establish negotiating strategy and organize support teams needed for fact finding and negotiations.

9.      Visit factories, make sure all the goods deliver on-time with right quality

10.    Coach local suppliers to meet with client requirements

  

任职要求：

1.    Bachelor degree in Apparel , Business, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline is preferred

2.    Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel industry ,purchasing/procurement environment is required (Sportswear or apparel customization is preferred)

3.    Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers is required

4.    Familiar with industry related to textile industry .

5.    Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships with internal customers, as well as vendors

6.    Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills

7.    Able to work in a team and take direction from management

8.    Strong communication (written and oral) and organization skills

9.    Proficient in Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

10.  CRM or Kingdee system experience is plus

11.  Experience with SharePoint, Contract Management and ERP systems

12.  Travel may be required across a broad geographic region, as determined by hiring manager

13.  May be required to work non-traditional hours as needed
