？RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ？Leads expertise team
2. ？Supports regional BU stakeholders with a seamless and fast technology/IT integration of new activities and projects
3. ？End-to-End responsibility for digital touchpoint solutions & Big Data Analytics from initial request, over development and rollout to sustainable (cost-effective) operations across all capability dimensions (Tech, Process, Org., Skills)
4. ？Ensures that all relevant competencies are on board in region in close alignment with Global Expertise Owner
5. ？Coaches and develops individual team members in alignment with the Agile Master
6. ？Support or initiate and coordinate research and user insight activities to increase knowledge about customer and user base
7. ？Function as a change catalyst in digital transformation by consulting in digital/future topics？

？AUTHORITY

1. ？Governance for the assigned business capabilities (technology/IT, solution-specific processes, skills and organization) in region AP
2. ？Defines the regional roadmap of capability development in close alignment with stakeholders

2. Strong executions using in agile methodologies
3. >5 years of track record in developing digital solutions for touchpoints & big data analytics
4. Seasoned experience in web technologies, data technologies, IT business / solution architecture
5. Strong track-record of delivering business value at the intersection of business and technology
