职位描述：

  

Main tasks:

  

1. Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan.

  

客户订单处理以及完成出货计划；

  

2. To perform all reports required by customer.

  

完成客户需要的所有报告；

  

3. Decrease and handle with customer’s complain.

  

减少与处理客户投诉问题；

  

4. Operation and maintain the logistics management system;

  

操作和维护物流管理系统；

  

  

Requirements ：

  

  

1）College graduation.

  

大专以上学历

  

2）1+ years working experience for logistics operation or customer service, in warehousing &fashion would be a big plus;

  

1年以上物流操作或客服工作经验，有服装物流行业背景优先；

  

3）Familiar with logistics management systems and skilled in MS office

  

熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件

  

4）Good command of English in reading and writing

  

良好的英语读写能力
