CTO

Responsibility Scope

• Requirement break-down from top level to hardware and unit level
• Implement hardware and unit level requirement and deliver artifacts incl. schematic, layout, BOM, drawings, etc
• Design HW archictecture per system architecture incl. key component sourcing strategy definition
• Detail HW circuit worst case circuit analysis
• Define Layout with ME
• HW FMEDA
• Design HW with good robost and reliability
• Balance performance and cost saving;
• Joint Debug with SW during Sample phase
• Test Case & Test plan creation per HW and unit level requirement, i.e. EMC, DV, etc
• Take charge of artifacts delivery quality by holding review, investigation and verification
• HW Debug during DV or EMC test

• L1 - capable with lead from others
• L2 - capable with support from others
• L3 - capable independently
• L4 - capable of leading others
• L5 - capable of invention

Background

• Graduate from China/Global Top University, Master is preferred
• Major in EE is preferred
• Min. 3 years direct working/research experience in schematic and layout design
• Working experiences in Automobile industry is a plus
• Antenna & FPGA design experience is a plus

主要职责

• 将系统需求拆解到硬件设计需求
• 根据硬件设计需求完成电原理图设计、Layout布局等工作
• 根据系统架构定义硬件架构，完成关键元器件选型
• 设计需考虑最差电路环境分析
• 与机械工程师协作，定义PCB形态及layout布局
• 硬件FMEDA
• 硬件设计需充分考虑可靠性及鲁棒性
• 平衡硬件成本及性能
• 同软件工程师协作，负责产品软硬件联调、问题分析及方案整改
• 测试项及测试计划的准备
• 通过评审、调查和验证来负责工件的交付质量
• 负责DV、EMC性能评估和测试、问题分析及方案整改

背景

• 国内或国际的优秀院校，
• 通信、电子、自动化或雷达相关等专业，硕士优先
• 3年及以上电路设计、Layout工作经验
• 有汽车产品硬件开发经验优先
• 有射频、FPGA设计经验优先
