岗位职责：

Who we are searching for:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural/ Industrial Engineering or any related courses to Furniture Manufacturing studies.

·  Have excellent fundamental comprehension in Engineering Dep. Management.

·  Preferably with minimum 5 years working experience in design, construction and manufacturing of Furniture, Luxury Interior Fit-out.

·  Strong leadership skills, design knowledge and delivering competent solutions.

·  Proficient in design software, AutoCAD 2013 is preferred but not limited, uses other design software and/ or 3D rendering is plus.

·  With an eye for detail, highly flexible, result-oriented, ability to work effectively in a team environment and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

·  Keen eye on production timescales, aware of costs/budgets, schedules and processes.

·  Ability to communicate well. Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English is preferred.

·  Must be willing to render overtime when required.

·  An enthusiastic, good presentation skills, meticulous, honest and hardworking

岗位职责：

1. 按照公司标准和客户要求，为项目演示，生产加工和现场安装出清晰准确的平面，立面，店铺细节图纸。

2. 有能力解决技术细节者，能同时负责多个项目出图任务的能力。

3. 有能力根据已生产出的产品建立和完善图纸，为以后项目所用，有意愿对工厂内已完成的产品做质量检查。

4. 对于家具结构，有较好的工艺和商业性质的理解；熟悉材料和工艺技术，制作高效的店铺和生产工艺图。

5. 协助生产部和项目组按照生产进度，确保并改进产品质量。

6.上级交办的其他事项

任职要求：

1 建筑专业或家具设计等相关专业。

2. 熟练使用AutoCAD、3Dmax、 Photoshop等设计软件。

3. 五年以上家具结构设计工作经验， 其中至少三年商业展示道具设计经验，熟练掌握CAD、3Dmax、Photoshop等设计软件；

4. 能接受因工作需要的加班。

5. 专注细节，灵活多变，结果导向，团队合作。能在压力下按照交期完成出图任务。

6. 出色的中文沟通能力；英语四、六级优先

7. 能读懂并正确理解家具图纸及客户需求

8. 能够高度自觉完成交给的任务，无需上级监督

9. 充满热情，一丝不苟，为人诚恳，工作勤奋

10. 乐于助人，积极交流，团队合作的精神
