KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for design and maintenance Transceiver hardware development.

2. In charge of all hardware topic, schematic, layout, electronic BOM.

3. Responsible for design and implement hardware modules, documents.

4. Working with a skilled team of software and test development engineers

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master degree in Electrical Engineering, computer science, communication, Electro-optics, with strong hardware design/test background, Familiar with Coherent transceiver design is preferred

2. Minimum 5 years of Hardware test experience on electrical circuits for Telecommunication industry

3. Familiar with system and board test, including functional, performance, and qualification test (EMC/EMI, power, signal integrity, timing, eye diagram, safety, environmental, etc).

4. Ability to do experiments and root cause analysis to solve complex issues in product development.

5. Familiar with analog and digital circuits design tools, design cycle and rules preferred.

6. Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capabilities.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is desired.
