KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Focus on front end die bond and wire bond processdevelopment and improvement for OSA products;

2. Provide technical support to design/manufacturing team for front end die bond and wire bond processes and equipment to maintain operations and implement continuous improvement projects

3. Qualify and draft document for product  front end die bond and wire bond process procedures, design and improve process tooling/fixture

4. Work with product development, Process development team and cross-functional team to ensure both new product manufacturing flow and upstream manufacturing processes meet DFM and DFA objectives.

5. Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as process-flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction etc

6. Failure mode analysis for that subdivision and complete analysis in a timely fashion.

7. Coach trainer & certificate assembler.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

(Include Education, Skills & Experience) 

1. Bachelor but prefers a master degree in Physical, Material or related engineering discipline;

2. 4+ years experiences infront end die bond and wire bond process development, transfer and improvement.  Previous experience on auto die bond or wire bond system would be a promote plus.

3. Previous experience in process transfer/development for Semiconductor packaging, Optics industrials would be a promote plus

4. In-depth understanding on the equipment and process of front end die bond and wire bond.

5. Knowledge and experience in transitioning manual and small-batch production to high volume through automation

6. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English

7. Good problem solving, interpersonal,and analytical skills

8. Willing to travel oversea.
