Job Description

POSITION: Procurement Team Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Nutrition & Bioscience

REPORTING TO: N&B AP Procurement Manager

LOCATION: Shanghai, China

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional secretary support to AP regional procurement leader and team;
2. Generate regular standardized reports and basic data analysis based on manager’ guidelines;
3. Manipulate data into formats including tables and charts for effective presentation/communication;
4. Provide general support on procurement related events;
5. Coordinate procurement team meetings;
6. Support of business trip arrangements;
7. Help the oversea visitors on China trips;
8. TER and expenses report management;
9. Other business assignments based on manager' instructions;

Qualifications:

1. Highest business ethical standard and personal integrity
2. 2-3 years working experiences;
3. Excellent Chinese and English communication skills;
4. Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure;
5. Strong inter-personal and communication skills, easygoing but firm;
6. Responsible, patient, careful, hardworking, and quick to learn;
7. Proficient in MS Office;
8. Experience with SAP is preferred.
