岗位职责：

1、负责服装RFID项目集成的产品销售、市场拓展和客户管理；

2、负责制定销售计划和销售预算，努力实现优秀业绩；

3、负责与客户的洽谈、跟踪、合同签署及回款工作；

4、管理团队，协助下属员工解决销售过程中遇到的难题；

5、根据公司要求，完成自己的销售指标及团队指标。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专学历；

2、三年以上销售工作经验，一年以上团队管理经验；

3、有RFID行业、软件或者软硬件结合相关项目销售经验优先考虑；

4、有团队管理、协作的能力，具备较强市场开拓能力以及客户项目开发能力；

5、有强烈的事业心及责任心强，有较强的人际关系处理能力及沟通协调能力；

6、能适应出差，能承担较强的工作压力。
