职责描述：

1. 负责组织候选人测评、面试记录用意向沟通，及对接各部门业务需求；

2. 负责薪酬数据维护及核算，考勤的统计；

3. 负责员工关系处理，入、转、调、离手续办理；社保公积金的办理；

4. 组织实施培训工作，各类制度的宣导。

任职要求：

1. 熟悉国家劳动法律法规、地方劳动行政规章和行业规范；

2. 熟悉各类招聘面试技巧，善长数据分析、数据可视化图表制作；

3. 熟练操作windows系统及word、excel、ppt等办公软件；

4. 大专以上学历，人力资源、管理学、心理学等相关专业，年龄35周岁以下；

5. 抗压能力强，有较强的计划性，有全局观，保密意识强。
