QA/QC manager

Reports to Operation Director

Responsibilities:

• Take the full responsibility for raw material receiving control, semi-product and finished product control;

• Ensuring the correctness, timely and validity of on line quality control and inspection on site;

• Responsible for / cooperate the non-confirming product control;

• Responsible for ERP system work which related to QC, update test items;

• Responsible for creation, modification of work instruction of QA/AC;

• Monitor the in accordance with the policy of identification and traceability in production period, responsible for verification;

• Cooperate the sample evaluation and test for different purpose;

• Responsible for the monitor and implementation of quality system

• As the main coordinator on production site, to ensure the relevant work procedure and policies is fulfilled by different functional departments;

• Lead and receive regular varies on-site audits from multiple certifiers and customers

Qualifications:

• Food, Chemical or Pharmaceutical and related professional bachelor degree or above;

• More than 10 years quality and regulatory working experience in flavor, food, nutrition or related industry;

• Knowledge of quality management system, food safety management system background and experience; Strong professional sensitivity and the ability to analyze and solve problems;

• Be familiar with the laboratory testing instrument and analysis method;

• Have certain leadership and communication skills, able to lead the team to achieve target;

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
