工作职责：

1、Lead purchasing department with accountability for cost reduction, overall quality and delivery of all parts and device on  time

主持采购部的日常工作, 负责日常采购工作的成本控制, 质量控制以及交货的及时性

2、Develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet the needs of company business operations and achieves established financial targets

制定并实施可满足公司业务需求产品开发计划, 并符合公司的财务策略

3、 Motivate, lead and develop purchasing teams and train, develop and manage excellent purchasing talent in our company.

能够激励，领导和壮大采购团队, 并能够培训，发展和管理优秀的采购人才

4、 Try best to negotiate with Supplier (price, exclusivity, term of payment, etc.) and always seal a better deal for Company.

与供应商进行谈判（价格，排他性，付款条件等），并始终争取为公司更好的交易条件

5、 Develop new opportunities including Agency, and best sources of supply to ensure delivery of business targets

开发新的供应渠道，包括代理商和***供应来源，以确保公司的交货目标

6、 Ensuring the stable and continuous production, to keep the total inventory continuously controllable

在保证生产稳定持续的情况下,保持库存总量持续可控

7、 Responsible for daily inquiry, supply and other procurement with foreign suppliers.

负责国外供应商的日常询价与供货等采购工作

8、 Responsible for the management of the company's logistics import and export declaration, logistics tracking, logistics suppliers, etc.

负责公司物流进出口报关、物流跟踪、物流供应商等工作的管理

任职要求：

1、 Bachelor or above degree with preferring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

本科及以上学历, 电气或机械工程专业优先

2、 5-10 years of experience in regional or global Supply Chain/Supplier Management in Equipment manufacturing

在设备制造行业从事区域或者全球供应链管理工作, 且从业具有5-10年经验

3、 Broad understanding on relevant manufacturing processes

对相关制造领域有深刻的了解

4、Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and management skills, can promote the work of the department and be able to coordinate better across departments

具备较强的分析, 人际沟通, 谈判技巧和管理能力, 能够促进本部门工作并能够较好的跨部门协调

5、 Understand and fit into the cross functional environments with cultural differences

能够适应在不同文化背景下的跨职能部门沟通

6、 Strong influencing and negotiation skills,excellent communication, interpersonal/change management skills

具备较强的把控和谈判能力,良好的沟通能力, 具备应变和人际关系处理技巧

7、 Strong project management and data analytical skills, Process driven and with a systematic approach to drive process improvement
