Summary / Primary Role: 

  

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily operation and analytical projects for global client in APAC region. As Project Manager, you need excellent analytical skills, good team leadership as well as knowing how to respond customer requirements with professional expertise.

  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  

(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time)  

  

• Manage Odyssey Managed Logistics Service (MLS) project for client 
• Supervise daily operation of the project teams, ensure smooth and high quality service
• Develop specific action plans and milestones to implement identified projects for customer
• Work with IT teams to deliver solutions to client problems utilizing Odyssey Control Tower system and other data platform
• Continuously track plans and milestones
• Design and deliver logistics reporting
• To shape and guide data analysis for the team in order to achieve the customer need
• Participate or hold discussions and regular meetings pertaining to a client or internal
• Create and deliver presentations providing an in-depth overview of analysis and reviews to all levels of audiences

  

Desired Skills and Experience

  

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years’ relevant experience in supply chain, data analysis, or system solutions
• Knowledge of chemical logistics industry is preferred
• Experience in project management / team management is preferred 
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skill
• Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Highly organized and results driven, proactively follow up on tasks
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and would be ideal to have knowledge of MS SQL Queries and BI software

  

Language:  Must be proficient in speaking and writing Chinese (Mandarin) and English
