1.    Design operation process with Operation Manager with aiming to ensure quality and efficiency; Work with related department to set up operation process (SOP) to implement and improve operation output & efficiency 

 2.    Work as master planner to arrange workers shift to improve the work efficiency especially controlling the overtime to meet the shipment arrangement 

 3.    Arrange and coordinate daily Product Allocation for some categories to make sure workers follow company requirement on security, safety and working disciplines. Job training for employees and apprentices 

 4.        Lead local maintenance to optimize production line and set up spare parts stock base on requirements 

 5.    Work as the window with Development team for sample making and some other issues, to fully support development team for new project 

 6.    Operation Project follow up e.g. Moving, 5S, CI and etc. 

 7.    Other tasks from Operation Manager.        

Requirements:

Factory working experience prefer over 5 years

    

Fluent written & oral English

    

Good communication skill, self-motivated & result-oriented

    

Mechanic related major which can understand mechanical drawings well

    

Skilled in development of finished product as power tool filed, especially from docs/certfication point of view

    

Well understand MNC culture, can work under pressure
