• Assists Teams with Project Take-offs / 协助团队进行项目启动

l   Insures Product Specifications are met / 确保符合产品规格

l   Works with outsource Professional Engineers, as required for assigned projects. / 与外包专业工程师合作，为分配的项目提供所需的服务

l   Attends Team project review meetings/ 参加团队项目评审会议

l   Develops and writes Product Specifications and Installation Working Instructions. / 开发和编写产品规格和安装操作说明

l   Provides Purchasing Team with Vendor Specifications/ 为采购团队提供供应商规格技术要求

l   Approves all new Tool Drawings/ 批准所有新的工装图纸

l   Responsible for First Article Inspections of new parts/ 负责新零件的OTS检验

l   Field Site visits to assist Customers with installation of Gordon Systems and Products, as required / 协助销售经理进行产品演示

l   Maintains Charts, Spreadsheets, Data Bases, and other informational documentation related to the Continual Improvement of process procedures as well as Team and Departmental Goals that are monitored for Continual Improvement. 维护图表、数据库和其他与持续改进流程过程以及监控持续改进的团队和部门目标相关的信息文档

l   Monitors, Tracks, and Charts critical steps and procedures / 监控、跟踪和图表关键步骤和过程

Education and Experience: 教育和经验：

l   Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent career experience desired工程专业方面学士学位

l   Proficiency with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business process management software like SAP

l   Relevant experience with Bill-of-Material (BOM) Development and Materials Requirement Planning

l   Working knowledge of Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software, reading and interpreting Drawings, and management of traditional Engineering functions. 熟悉CAD, SolidWorks.

l   Familiar with Welding process Assembling Process熟悉焊接工艺，装配工艺

l   Familiar with metal pipe hose assembling 熟悉 金属软管装配

l   Minimum of 3 years of experience in industry or high volume production 至少2年在工业或大批量生产方面的经验

l   Team working spirit and open mind on changes and new knowledge 团队工作精神和对变化及新知识的开放态度

l   Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills 强的分析，问题解决的技能，自我激励和好的人际沟通
