Primary Activities 主要工作：

-     Manage and develop the Quality Control section’s organization including staffing, job description and performance appraisal.

-     管理、发展质量控制部门的组织体系包括员工安置、职位描述以及绩效考核，从而使得年度预算和业务需求达成一致

-     Maintain the quality assurance system related to QC by updating the QC process and related documentation to match the business requirement and change in quality target, mission and organization.

-     通过更新质检流程与相关文件以匹配公司业务发展对质量目标、任务及组织结构方面的需要及变化，维护与质检相关的质保系统。

-     Plan and coordinate the implementation of continuous quality improvement inside the company.

-     在公司各个领域，规划和协调以实现持续的质量提升。

-     Promote the workshop Quality Criteria.

-     促进公司的质量体系和标准

-     Provide the monthly quality report

-     准备月度质量报告

-     Dispatch the work orders to the members of QC team to match the inspection demand and capacity.

-     给QC成员分配工作以满足检测要求和能力

-     Create, standardize the QC procedures, reports and the documents related to QC inspection.

-     建立完善与质量检验相关的质检流程、报告及文件。

-     Support the QC staff and the others departments in the application of client, national and international standards related to internal production.

-     对QC检验员和其他部门提供技术支持来保证客户要求以及相关国际或国内标准要求的执行。

-     Participate to the following an closing of the NCR linked to internal production and customer complaint.

-     参与跟踪内部生产相关的NCR以及客户投诉的关闭。

-     Cooperate with client or third party for product inspection witness.

-     配合客户和三方来进行产品检验的见证。

-     Other issues arranged by the Quality Manager.

-     质量经理安排的其他事宜。

Knowledge, Skill & Competence Required 知识、技术及能力:

-     Practical knowledge of welding and dimension checking in pressure vessel industrial.

-     熟悉压力容器焊接和尺寸检验等相关知识；

-     Familiar with ASME, PED and GB code and standards for pressure vessel;

-     熟悉ASME, PED 和国家标准等压力容器规范;

-     Familiar with powder coating or painting is a plus;

-     熟悉静电喷涂和油漆检验者优先;

-     Familiar with NDE and mechanical test is a plus;

-     熟悉 无损检测和力学性能检验着等优先;

-     Good computer skills: Windows, Office and etc.

-     熟悉电脑操作，如Windows, Office 办公软件等

-     Good language skills: English and Mandarin, written and reading of English is the mandatory

-     良好的语言沟通能力，包括英语和汉语，英文读写能力强。
