Project Engineer

Manage new projects tooling development and process development.
Communicate with KAM to understand customer's requirements and ensure the projects to meet the requirements on time with quality efficiently through coordination and team work.
Lead projects development and launch. Lead the cross function team, manage technical solutions, create development plan, control project.
Communicate with suppliers and internal team regarding various issues of project development (feasibility review, cost control, engineering change, continuous improvement, etc).
Follow up tooling progress (communicate with global team if necessary). Monitor sub-component and secondary process (heat treatment, plating, washing, sorting, etc).
Prepare reports and project documentation.
Support feasibility study and technical review for quotation purpose.
Lead projects launch successfully by implement of APQP process.
Sample production organization.

职位要求：

Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering.
Familiar with metal component manufacturing process (metal material, deep draw or stamping, heat treatment, plating, washing, inspection, etc).
Minimum 3 years related management experience in a global environment company, with experience on supplier management is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills, with adaptability according to situation.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Chinese) and communicates information on a timely basis.
Good understanding and experience with engineering specifications for Metal Automotive components. Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
Strong leadership and management experience/potentials; Operational knowledge will be a plus

Willing to travel.
