市场部专员

工作职责

- 维护现有的媒体及公关资源；

- 负责微信公众平台、微博等社会媒体的推广和运营等工作；

- 操作订阅号、服务号的信息编撰、提交、发布，互动；

- 负责微信运营策略及活动策划方案的制定与执行，维护推广公司品牌；提升有效粉丝数量增，提升黏性，提高公司品牌传播美誉度，对每周微信粉丝增长量的监督；

- 负责公司产品的论坛推广，软文推广，搜索引擎推广，微信推广，微博推广，包括问答平台、论坛、百度贴吧、百度百科的推广；

- 研究及拓展新的媒体及公关的活动；

任职要求

- 大学本科及以上学历，公关、市场、商务、媒体或相关专业；

- 3年以上工作经验，对建筑设计和房地产行业有一定的了解；

- 了解传统媒体和新媒体的运作；

- 良好的沟通协作能力、表达能力及文案能力；
