岗位职责：

1、支持销售在客户现场做产品介绍与技术支持；

2、负责总结和整理产品的相关测试报告；

3、负责客户产品使用售后服务及售后服务资料整理存档；

4、负责客户产品使用过程中问题的解决；

5、与美国及时沟通产品问题，跟踪项目的技术问题；

6、了解新产品工艺的相关研究；

7、其它相关工作及领导安排的临时事宜。

任职资格（技术支持岗位）

1、40岁以下，本科或以上学历，应用化学，高分子材料类及相关专业毕业；

2、能适应出差；至少有3年以上技术支持工作经验，胶带行业优先考虑。

3、工作思路清晰、高效，较强的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；

4、善于沟通、良好的团队合作精神。
