We are in need of a full time teacher for IB/AP/SAT2 Biology.

Salary can be negotiated depending on experience or if can teach extra subjects, such as Chemistry.

工作职责Responsibilities:

1. Take part in the daily teaching activities of Biology, use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate student's abilities.

完成日常生物学科教学工作，运用多种方式方法引导、激励学生以提高他们的学业水平。

2. Lesson planning, class materials and teaching preparation depending on student level, grade, school and curriculum.

按不同学生的学习基础、年级、学校与课程体系来制定学科课程计划、准备课件与教学。

3. Give and check students' homework and give feedback on their progress. 

布置并检查学生的课后作业并对他们的学习进展给予反馈。

4. Follow up and update student performance on internal system and help to develop additional strategies to improve student performance.

跟进并在系统中更新学生的学习表现，协助开发更多辅导提高学生学习表现的策略与方式。

5. Communicate and coordinate with students and other employees as appropriate.

与学生及业务相关人员进行充分的信息沟通与协调。

6. To carry out other tasks and duties assigned from the direct supervisor.

其他上级交代的工作或职责。

    

工作能力要求Requirements：

1. Language skills: Fluent English to fulfill the teaching purpose.

语言能力：流利的英语教学能力。

2. Love teaching and learning, patient, open, and caring, be able to assess student interests, needs, and developments.

热爱教学与学习，有耐心、包容与关心，能够了解学生的兴趣、需求与发展。

3. A minimum of 1 years related working experiences in teaching IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level Biology or Study abroad with learning experience of IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level Biology.

最少具备1年的IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level生物的教学经验 或 有学习 IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level 的生物学科的经历。

4. Good interpersonal communication skills and team work spirit is required.

良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神。

5. Punctual, flexible and can work under pressure

守时、具有适应性并能在压力下工作。

6. Familiar with curriculum, such as: IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level.

熟悉IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level 课程体系。

7. Masters degree and major in Biology is preferred.

硕士学位及生物专业的优先。

8. Acadmey/training center, International and bilingual school working experience is preferred.

具有培训机构，国际或双语学校工作经验的优先。
