1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

Lean assistant is a position that is help LPO do data collection in shop-floor, system(OEE, PE, CIS,etc.) maintain and Lean project tracking etc. daily routine work.

 

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Maintain Web-OEE Daily

• Maintain Web-PE periodically

• Maintain CIS project monthly

• Maintain CT Data when needed.

• Collection the product line basic data when needed.

• Tracking Lean projects at least monthly

• Other basic work assigned by LPO

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Good communication skill

• Writing and reading ability in English.

• Well used of Office software.

• Well Data analysis

• Sense of Continuous improvement
