Job Description：

  

1. Conduct the customer oriented project plan according to company process and update it based on reality;

  

2. Set up project team and coordinate all cross-functional activities as required

  

3. Timely project status reporting and issue tracking

  

4. Facilitate regular project team meetings to communicate project status and mentor on time delivery of tasks, drive the project issues to be resolved effectively;

  

5. Initialize the project budget based on PKE tool and control project cost;

  

6. Monitor project related documentation delivery such as Drawing, FMEA, CP, WI and etc.

  

7. Guarantee the on time delivery of samples as customers require, and actively communicate with customers about the progress.

  

 

  

Qualifications and experience

  

· Bachelor degree of engineering required, with minimum 3 years PM working experience in automotive industry;

  

· Knowledge of TS16949 system, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA and etc;

  

· Work under pressure and solution oriented.

  

· Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in work priority organization

  

· Good English communication skills both in verbal and literal aspects.
