Responsibilities:

职责：

• Help to answer any logistics related issues from Sales teams.

  协助回复销售团队提出的任何与物流相关的问题。

• Find solutions to problems with our forwarders and make sure all shipments arrive without damage.

  发现并解决货代的问题，确保所有的出货都能完好无损地到达。

• Help to handle the E-book keeping.

  海关账册的维护。

• Should help to check the OS every day to make sure everything is updated correctly.

  每天检查订单系统，确保状态更新及时准确。

• Help to make sure all documents are made in time and nothing is missed each day.

  确保每天所有的文件都及时准确的完成，没有遗漏。

• Tracking all shipment, any problems please check with forwarder actively.

  跟踪出货，直到客户满意签收，遇到任何问题主动与货运公司及时联系。

• Record all shipments correctly.

  进出口记录的准确输入， 进出口文件的整理归档。

• Assistant to complete related logistic task, such as reports and financial details.

  协助完成其他进出口相关工作，如报告、财务资料等。

• Other job assigned by the supervisor.

• 上级安排的其它有关的工作

• Qualification任职资格:

• Bachelor degree or above.

• 大专或以上学历

• Over 2-years experience in logistics department.

  2年以上外企物流经验

• Good English capability

  英语流利

• Familiar with office software

  熟悉办公软件

• Good communication skill

  良好的沟通能力

• Understanding Quality System
