1. Minimum 5-10 years of compliance engineering background working in fast-paced consumer

electronics development environments with clear ownership of the following areas – regulatory

certification, industry certification, environmental compliance, product safety. Working with RF/antenna

to achieve wireless certification to meet schedule target and deliver MP-intent certification results is

mandatory.

2. Generate compliance test plan based on product features, device power requirements, country list

and intended product uses.

3. Have wireless experiences with cellular (LTE, 5G), WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n dual band must; 802.11 ax/e

preferred), BT (LE/classic) devices with the emphasis on the wireless celluar compliance background;

4. Must have prior experiences working with consumer electronics devices that have wireless regulatory,

industry cert, FCC, CE, safety, environmental compliance.

5. Have experiences supporting US-based compliance team in IT company (highly desireable).

6. Have prior submission experiences of wireless products to the regulatory bodies (FCC, TCB, NB).

7. Must have demonstrated experiences taking consumer electronics products to 3rd party test labs in Asia

(mainland China orTaiwan) and providing actionable solutions to design teams that include RF, Compliance, PD, EE

and Antenna.

8. Have strong background working with supplier/CM to get safety audit report and track them to close.

9. Have experiences with suppliers/CMs to initiate ROHS/Prop65 materials collection all the way to

achieving device-level environmental compliance is a must.

10. Arrange production audit tests for post-launch devices/accessories.

11. Travels between mainland China and Taiwan may be required.

12. Frequent conference calls (even daily) with US Compliance team mandatory.
