职位描述
工作职责:
Strategy
? Lead Garrett China business strategic plan (Strap) for passenger vehicle including: 2030 vision, RDE planning, Industry volume forecast, technology roadmap, turbo penetration, share of demand, pricing, margin, key customer account strategy, 3 year bidding plan, winning strategy and 3 year execution plan;
? Lead to define the winning strategy for Garrett in core turbo PV business, breakthrough business (electrification for EV, Fuel cell vehicle, hybrid);
? Lead the execution of medium -long term strategic action plan, set up MOS with cross function leaders and push for the results;
? Catch up the needle movers of industry change (Economy, mega trend, regulations, government policy, consumer’s behavior etc.) and translate into the Garrett strategy change or implications on business and countermeasures
? Understand competition landscape and define the strategy for Garrett PV GBE
? Evaluate the NPO (new program opportunity) based on company strategy, account strategy, business case and provide recommendation
? Define the strategy for picking the right deal together with customer team (sales, PM, AE)
? Define segmentation and strategy for each segment
? Do the customers assessment regularly and identify the market winners
? Understand the market dynamic and proactively mitigate the risks
Product markeing
1. deep dive and understand latest regulation norms /legislation and translate into Garrett product strategy
2. Define powertrain technology roadmap and GTX product roadmap together with P&S, engineering team, marketing team
3. regular customer VOC and OVOC
4. Define China small w/G Product portfolio strategy and influence global for gas VNT , SC VNT, e-boosting and other advanced technology portfolio and roadmap
5. Product target setting (better than NBA )
6. right Segmentation & Value proposition for differentiated technology
7. lead product benchmarking
8. lead 3 year bidding
任职要求:
Master degree or MBA
Engineering, business, BD or marketing background
? Proven record of leading to define and execute the right business/product strategy
? 10 year + marketing manager or business leader experience in automotive industry, working in MNC is plus.
? Familiar with automotive industry for both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle
? Business acume
? 10 year + Automotive industry experience in OEM, top tier one system company or top consulting company
logic thinking, strategic thinking , good executie prsentation skill, catch the key needle mover, connect the dots, sharp points, make things simple and visible
