工作职责:

- Create and fully implement standard work daily 

-Responsible to lead Vendor Schedulers(VS) team to fulfill Customer’s requirement including OEM/OES/IAM/Interco, through weekly/daily planning process

- Be sure all material orders are delivered to vendors in time

- Proactively work with 4PL/compliance team to insure smooth inbound material flow

-Hold Tier2 VS meeting and Join Tier3 SCM meeting, identify and escalate any risk related with suppliers following escalation process

-Join/hold X-function meetings and follow action plans in order to solve the supplier issue and to reduce the impact

-Responsible to improve Supplier OTTR and reduce Supplier Pastdue

-Responsible to timely maintain/update planning parameter for local & oversea suppliers in accordance with China sales and inventory strategies

-Responsible to lead VS team to meet INV target, reduce E&O risk and aging stock

-Responsible to lead VS team to meet other team target like Kaizen, team development and process update

-Works with X-function in order to control inbound freight and avoid PF related to supplier

-Cooperate with NPI coordinate leader and X-function on phase-in/out and HLRR project

-Supplier visit and write visit report

-Integrate Standard work into GEM and fully implement HSE and other duties assigned by supervisor/Manager

Qualifications Required:

-University degree

-Very good knowledge of English language

-SAP knowledge preferred (MM module)

-MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
